Fan makes about the same amount of noise as my other two fans, so I really don't notice it. I have two 12" pullers and because of the spacing in between the tranny cooler and the radiator, not enough air was going through the tranny cooler. I use this fan as a pusher on the tranny cooler. It works like a champ, and my truck water temp runs about 10 degrees cooler too. Guess I needed that little bit of extra air. Pleased with the results and price.overall, very good for the price. however, i am using it as a secondary fan. i wouldn't reccomend it for a solo applicationWork very fine and easy to install in a custom setup !
